South American Fusion Coming to Steinhafels!

Steinhafels Corporate Store and Warehouse continues its Stupendous Summer of Food Trucks and Food Carts!

On Wednesday, August 23, “Pedro’s South American Food” will bring its fusion menu to the store parking lot from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

The Pedro’s Facebook page boasts, “Food carts with an emphasis on serving traditional and fusion South American food made from scratch. Eco-friendly, and  100% gluten free.”

Check out the menu:

Arepas: (Sweet corn cakes stuffed with mozzarella cheese) topped with mechada beef or cuban style pulled pork and chimichurri slaw, pickled red onion, cilantro chipotle or cilantro aioli.

Tacos: Served on corn tortillas, same meat options and toppings.

Tamales: Pork green chili tamales served with pickled onion and cilantro.

Mexican Corn: Off the cob served with butter, cotija cheese, cilantro aioli, lime chili flakes.

#1 Arepa of your choice plus side of Mexican corn $10
#2 Pick 2 items (taco-tamale) plus side of Mexican corn $10
